The American Express Green Card - This card also earns membership rewards points for every spending or travel purchases using the card. This card is suitable for people who love to shop. As It is the only card that has Purchase protection plan and buyer's assurance plan. Purchase protection cover the cardholder's purchase for up to 90 days, but not to exceed the original purchase price. American express green card's annual fee is only $95. The annual fee for additional cards is not free, unlike that of the American Express Gold card. However the annual fee is only $30 for up to five additional cards. Also, the American Express green card has no allotted grace period for payment.

The American Express Platinum card - This card is supreme of all American Express Card. With its high annual fee of $450 for primary members and $175 for up to three additional Platinum Cards, comes great benefits, exciting rewards and elegant services. Like any other American Express card, it also earns points. It is serviced by a 24-hour concierge. However, like the American Express gold and green cards, it also has to be paid in full and has no allotted grace period.

The American Express Blue Sky - This card is the most affordable American express card as it has waived annual membership fee for primary members well as for additional card members. It is designed for people who loves to travel, that instead of membership points, this card earns free travel fast with Blue Sky.
